A major global hospitality operations solutions provider needed iOS and Android mobile apps for seamless communication, managing work orders, guest requests, and preventative maintenance.
The app served a large user base across North America, Europe, and China. Key requirements included translating Figma designs to native mobile UI, API development expertise, reusable component architecture, multi-device and multi-OS compatibility, offline data storage capability, and push notification support across diverse Android devices including Chinese manufacturers.

The app was architected into independent modules (Work Orders, Guest Requests, Maintenance) for scalable and maintainable code. Native technologies were used — Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android — to ensure optimal performance across devices and operating systems. Backend services were built with PHP and MySQL. We implemented offline data storage, translated Figma designs to responsive UI with reusable components, integrated expertly developed APIs for seamless client-server communication, and implemented push notifications using Pushy and Firebase for reliable delivery across all supported regions.
