A self-hosted engine handles the standard path; an optional cloud mode captures difficult handwriting. Names, amounts, and IDs route to human review, because on legal records the system abstains rather than guesses.
Ask a question in Bengali or English and get a direct answer — with every claim cited back to the exact document, version, and page. Retrieval is permission-scoped, so users only ever get answers from documents they're allowed to see. It's the difference between a search box and an analyst.
