Periscope ERP Modular Enterprise Software
Periscope ERP connects Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Budgeting, Assets, Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation, with the controls, auditability and flexibility modern organizations need.
Start with the modules you need. Expand as your business evolves.

Why Periscope ERP
Periscope ERP connects accounting, budgeting, procurement, sales, inventory, production, assets, cash management and bank reconciliation in one modular platform.
Day-to-day operations connect to controlled financial processes through configurable accounting dimensions, approvals, the Financial Dashboard, reporting and traceable transactions. Organizations adopt the modules they need in stages, rather than replacing their entire operating model at once.
Enable only what each stage needs: accounting on its own or with payables and receivables, procurement with or without structured sourcing, inventory with or without accounting.
Operational transactions flow into controlled journals, accounting periods and posting rules, so activity remains traceable to the general ledger.
Sales, procurement, inventory, production and assets connect to finance wherever your configuration enables them.
Business Unit, account, fiscal year, period and currency, plus up to six configurable accounting dimensions such as department, cost center, project or program.
Approvals, source-document and journal references, reversal and cancellation records, and reconciliation exception reporting.
Begin with finance, procurement, inventory or commercial operations, then extend to connected workflows when your organization is ready.
Core Modules
Built on a modular enterprise foundation, with integrated financial and operational workflows where configured. Optional modules are marked, and specialized workflows are confirmed against your requirements during scoping.
A controlled financial foundation with configurable accounts, dimensions, posting rules and reports.
Budgets that connect approval, release and commitments to actual spending.
Fund-aware controls for restricted, project, program or donor-managed funds.
A built Financial Dashboard alongside ledger, aging, statement and control reports.
From requisition to receipt, with structured sourcing when you need it.
Controlled stock movements with lot, batch, serial and expiry tracking.
Order-to-delivery workflows, particularly relevant to manufacturers and import/export businesses.
Letter of Credit scope is confirmed against your requirements during discovery.
Production activity connected with sales, inventory and finance where configured.
Manufacturing-oriented workflows; scope depends on your production model.
Asset lifecycle management, plus organizational loans and advances as an option.
Budget & Fund Control
Go beyond budget reporting. Connect approved budgets, releases, commitments and actual spending, with configurable controls that can warn or block eligible transactions when limits are exceeded.
Available =
Availability accounts for commitments and pending spending as well as posted actuals, so budget holders see what can genuinely still be spent.
Tracks consumption against the budget without blocking the transaction.
Warns of an overrun and requires the configured acknowledgment to continue.
Blocks covered transactions that exceed the available budget.
Controls are enforced at posting time for the transactions and modules covered by your configured budget policies.
For restricted, project-based, program-based or donor-managed funds. Track utilization and apply fund restrictions, with availability checks and configured allow or deny decisions integrated with budgeting and financial reporting.
Optional. Standard commercial accounting does not require Fund Management.

Financial Dashboard & Reporting
Get a clearer view of financial performance and control through Periscope ERP's Financial Dashboard and its connected accounting, aging, budget and reconciliation reports.

Connected Workflows
Representative flows across the platform. The steps active in your implementation depend on the modules you enable and how they are configured.
Optional step
Built for Control
Periscope ERP draws on the same architecture, security and quality-engineering expertise we bring to every client engagement, with financial integrity treated as a design requirement.
Permission lists, roles and users with server-side authorization. Enabling a module does not automatically authorize every user to use it.
Business Unit-aware transaction controls keep processing within the right organizational boundary.
Approval steps for requisitions, budgets, invoices and billing, sales orders, and loans and advances.
Up to six accounting dimensions, named and used to fit your organization's reporting structure.
Source-document and journal references trace activity from operational documents through invoicing, payment and the general ledger.
Debit and credit integrity, posting-account and period validation, duplicate supplier-invoice checks, and recorded reversals and cancellations.
Bank reconciliation never silently creates journals or changes balances. Differences are corrected at their original financial source.
API-driven application architecture, developed with automated testing and disciplined database change management.
Modular Implementation
Adopt Periscope ERP in phases that match your priorities. These are example paths, not fixed packages.
