End-to-End Product Development: Catalyzr

They needed an exclusive development partner to translate business requirements into a production-grade platform — from architecture design and database schema through frontend, backend, unit testing, cloud deployment, and ongoing support. Key requirements included reusable component architecture, custom integration with the TAO open-source e-testing platform via LTI, ad-hoc reporting for business users, and a highly secured multi-tenant environment.

We delivered a detailed architecture design with significant emphasis on security, performance and scalability, availability and recoverability, and operational efficiency. End-to-end AWS infrastructure was provisioned (VPC, EC2, Load Balancer, S3, KMS, RDS, IAM). The application was built with .NET Core and Angular, with database encryption, application-layer encryption, client-specific keys, and encrypted communication across every channel. We developed custom LTI integration between Catalyzr and TAO, secure API endpoints for data access, batch processing pipelines, and an ad-hoc reporting engine allowing business users to build their own reports on demand.

The engagement proved that a Dhaka-based engineering team could operate at the speed and quality of a local team — with architecture-first discipline and full lifecycle ownership.
